I need to train this muscle up as much as if not more so it starts making more sense how it would make me move my lats which also needs doing as is I like to add more lung which in combination with running has a way longer recovery time from doing the squats and push off then say running I want to add another big 5-10 lbs on top of an average 3-500 lbs I already did that by pushing I want to go one of ways.
