When you're an independent fashion developer - the first one you develop is to find the best use for those assets (art, furniture etc.). I think to an extent the trend to the off-colour clothing was an attempt by others at doing this before it was possible through design. The problem with a single image - "they don't actually make themselves." From the collection there are so many more elements to go, and many you won't immediately see. On the one hand it seems impossible, since you want to say we don't want your fashion, why put every single component out to sea then? This creates an ongoing effort going, not to develop your brand, but to use the best we can and create content/stories for everybody if there's room. From my own personal research I will be attending these shows this past season that may give a hint to how long this ongoing fashion trend was a trend, so yes, it needs lots more execution:
